By accessing or using MOLEA NICOLAE’s website, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase from NOVA. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Availability: Products may be limited in quantity. We may refuse or cancel orders if stock is unavailable or in cases of suspected fraud.
• Pricing: Prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before order acceptance.
• Acceptance: An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation. Risk of loss passes upon delivery.

4. Shipping

Shipping options, fees, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delays due to carrier or customs are outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within the stated window, subject to our Refund Policy. Items must be in original condition and packaging unless faulty.

6. Warranty

Most products carry a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal residential use. This warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, or modifications.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate laws; (b) infringe others’ rights; (c) attempt to interfere with site security; (d) use our content without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs on MOLEA NICOLAE sites are owned by MOLEA NICOLAE or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute without consent.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MOLEA NICOLAE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
