We deliver across the EU. For remote areas, delivery may take longer or require additional fees. Please contact us for special arrangements.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also find updates in your account, if registered.
EU deliveries typically do not incur customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU (if available), the recipient is responsible for any import duties and taxes.
If the carrier cannot deliver after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 72 hours so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.
