Refund Policy

1. Return window

You can return eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date. We recommend keeping original packaging for easier returns.

2. Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and with all accessories.
• Custom or made-to-order items are generally not returnable unless defective.
• Mattresses and textiles must be unopened for hygiene reasons unless defective.

3. How to start a return

1. Contact support at MOLEANICOLAE@outlook.com with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll provide a return label or instructions. Please package items securely.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the outcome.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

5. Exchanges & replacements

If you prefer an exchange, we’ll help arrange it based on stock availability. For defective or damaged products, we can offer replacements under warranty.

6. Damages on delivery

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist promptly.

7. Fees

• Return shipping fees may apply for change-of-mind returns.
• Restocking fees may apply if items are not returned in original condition.
